All products which are not personalised are eligible for a refund within 30 days of taking delivery. All items that wish to be returned must be sent back to us unused, in the original condition and in the original Portare packaging.
The customer is responsible covering the cost of the return shipment. Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.

All our products come with a 3-year warranty. If your product is defective and within the warranty period, initiate your return, and we will assist you.
